At Acler, we strive to process and ship your order carefully and as quickly as possible.
Shipping areas
We currently ship orders within the Netherlands . Expansion to other countries may occur in the future.
Processing time
Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time within the Netherlands is 2–4 working days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors.
Postage costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with, if available, a tracking number to track your package.
Not home or delayed
Acler is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for deliveries that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information.
Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged or is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@acler.nl , so that we can resolve this for you.
